Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly for manufacturing and retail interior design operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Job Hai, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule and manage interview processes and follow up with candidates.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment TAT.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Robust experience in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and production roles.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
