Position: HR Operations Executive

Experience: 1 year

Salary: 17,00018,000 fixed per month

Benefits: PF, ESIC & Mobile Phone Perks

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Candidate Preference: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Manage joining formalities and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operations.




- Process payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Handle basic statutory compliance related to UAN, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Professional Tax (PTax).

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, SUMIF, duplicate value identification, filtering, and sorting.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and payroll processes.
