HR Executive

- Manpower requirement, recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction.

- Attendance, shift management, leave, overtime, payroll and contract labour monitoring.

- PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factory Act and labour law compliance.

- Grievance handling, disciplinary action, employee welfare, canteen, transport and security.

- Employee induction, safety, GMP, GHP, hygiene and food safety training.

- Personal hygiene, medical fitness, PPE, uniforms and employee hygiene monitoring.

- Coordinate Kosher, Halal, FSMS, FSSAI, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, GHP and customer audits. Maintain HR records and close audit observations.

- Security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, ID cards, gate passes and contractor management.

- Medical examinations, safety induction, accident reporting, fire drills and emergency preparedness.





- Performance appraisal, probation confirmation, promotion, transfer and employee development.

- Employee records, manpower reports, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, training and compliance reports.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
