Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing team at IIC Lakshya. This role will be focused on employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR Operations, while also collaborating with managers to build a strong people focused culture.

Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring empathetic listening, timely redressal, and maintaining trust.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives including floor activities, recognition programs, RR, RCR, and culture-building events that boost morale and belonging.

- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, coordinate training sessions, and deliver impactful orientation programs to strengthen employee readiness.

- Partner with team leaders and managers to support performance management, including continuous feedback loops, coaching conversations, and goal alignment.

- Conduct regular 1-on-1 check-ins to understand employee aspirations, concerns, and developmental needs, ensuring proactive engagement.





- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with policies, legal standards, and organizational values.

- Organize and track mock sessions, training schedules, and development journeys, enabling capability building across teams.

- Promote a culture of feedback, recognition, inclusion, and transparent communication, fostering stronger workplace relationships.

- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement welfare initiatives, workplace enhancements, and progressive policies.

- Contribute to organizational development by enabling change management, culture transformation, and future-ready HR practices.

Qualifications

- Graduate /Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.

- 2-3 years of HR experience

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

- Problem-solving attitude with empathy towards employees.

- Willingness to learn and grow in an HRBP role.
