The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and policies, and will be able to effectively communicate and implement these within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.




- Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
