– Assistant Manager (HR)

Designation: Assistant Manager – HR

Reporting To: HR Manager

Experience: 7–10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR activities and general HR operations.
- Manage recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate selection, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and salary-related activities.
- Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage employee grievances and resolve routine employee issues.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Handle employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and monthly reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Monitor employee discipline and maintain a healthy working environment.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Qualification & Skills
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 7–10 years of experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Knowledge of payroll, PF, ESIC, and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to handle employees and coordinate with different departments.
