Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our floor operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of housekeeping associates, inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with our luxury standards, and manage inventory and staff rosters to ensure seamless department functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas regularly to ensure they meet Seven Seas Hotel’s rigorous cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, mentor, and train housekeeping associates. Conduct daily briefings, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff performance and grooming standards.
- Operations Management:



Coordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are turned around quickly for arrivals and reported maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor linen stocks, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. Conduct regular stock audits and report shortages or requirements to the Executive Housekeeper.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or a Senior Room Attendant ready for the next step in a branded luxury hotel or resort.
- Location: Must currently reside in Delhi NCR for local commute convenience.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration is preferred.

- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent team-handling skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable working knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
