Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE or related discipline. Ph.D. preferred.

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Head of Department for the Computer Science and Engineering Department at a reputed engineering college in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Computer Science and Engineering department.
- Develop academic plans, curriculum and departmental strategies.
- Supervise faculty members and academic activities.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance and research activities.
- Coordinate NAAC, NBA and AICTE accreditation processes.
- Encourage research publications, patents and industry collaborations.
- Organize workshops, seminars, technical events and faculty development programs.




- Guide faculty recruitment, mentoring and performance evaluation.
- Ensure effective implementation of academic policies and university regulations.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for institutional development.

Required Skills

- Robust academic and administrative leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Faculty management and team leadership.
- Knowledge of AICTE, NAAC and NBA processes.
- Research publications and academic development experience.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
