We are looking for a highly experienced and energetic Director to lead end-to-end medical coding operations across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Ancillary, E&M;, IP, OP, Surgery & Radiology coding operations

Drive quality, productivity, and compliance across teams

Lead large-scale operations, delivery, and client management

Implement process improvements and ensure adherence to coding guidelines (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)

Manage and mentor Team Leads, Managers, and QA teams

Handle client escalations, audits, and performance metrics

Strategize growth and operational excellence

Experience Required





15+ years in Medical Coding

Strong exposure to multi-specialty coding operations

Proven experience in leadership / director-level roles

Certification preferred (CPC / CCS / RHIT / RHIA)

Key Skills

Leadership & stakeholder management

Strong domain expertise across coding verticals

Quality & compliance management

Excellent communication & decision-making skills
