Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with robust hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales v9, CRM customization, C# development, JavaScript, and Microsoft Power Platform.

The candidate should be capable of developing and customizing CRM solutions, implementing business workflows, building custom-coded processes, integrating external applications, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role requires someone who can work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales v9 based on business requirements.
- Customize CRM entities (tables), forms, views, fields, relationships, business rules, and application components.
- Develop and implement workflows, business process flows, and automation to streamline CRM operations.
- Develop, customize, and deploy C# components, plugins, custom workflow activities, and other CRM processes.
- Write and maintain JavaScript for form events, client-side validations, and business logic.
- Work with HTML and SQL for CRM-related customization, data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting requirements.
- Perform CRM data migration, import/export, data cleansing, and validation activities.
- Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions following Microsoft development and implementation best practices.
- Work with Microsoft Power Platform,



including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Support integrations and automation using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Troubleshoot CRM performance, configuration, integration, and functional issues.
- Manage solution deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow established development and delivery standards.

Required Technical Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales v9.
- Experience with CRM customization, entity/table configuration, forms, views, workflows, and business process flows.
- Strong C# development experience, particularly Dynamics 365 plugins and custom processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 solution architecture and implementation best practices.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Zendesk and Jira.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-210 or equivalent.
- Experience with CRM integrations and Azure-based services.
- Knowledge of CRM deployment, solution management, and workplace management.
