Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Industrial Engineering); MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred

Role Summary The Head Marketing will lead PAN India marketing strategy, market research and marketing operations for the companys industrial automation products and solutions. The role covers brand building, finding market opportunities and turning them into revenue, and coordinating marketing, sales, product management and dealer partners. It leads a large, PAN India team and works with the dealer network.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15–20 years in industrial B2B marketing, product marketing or business development.
- Experience in industrial automation,



pneumatics, motion control, drives, robotics, electrical and electronics, or engineering products. This is strongly preferred.
- A track record of PAN India marketing and channel or dealer marketing.
- Experience managing large, multi-location teams.
- Working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, and positive analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel, and looking for a long-term role with a growing organisation.
