Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for the position of Junior Revenue Cycle Representative to work in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin their careers in the healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle calls related to healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Communicate with US insurance payers to resolve claim-related queries.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Eligibility and Perks Verification (EVBV), and Authorization processes.
- Update and maintain accurate information in the system.
- Follow established process guidelines and quality standards.
- Achieve daily productivity, accuracy and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with a graduation degree in Commerce or Science streams.




- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Mumbai office.

- Only Commerce and Science graduates are eligible.
- Postgraduates are not eligible.
- Diploma holders are not eligible.
- Life Science graduates are not eligible.
