- Job Design: Create and update job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
- Sourcing: Post job openings on job boards, social media, and skilled networks, and reach out to passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, administer tests, and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Offers & Negotiations: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and manage reference or background checks.
