Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and goal-oriented candidates to join its US Technical Support & Sales process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling US-based customer calls, providing technical assistance and promoting relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound technical support calls from US-based customers.
2. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate technical assistance.
3. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers towards suitable solutions.
4. Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
5. Promote and sell relevant products and services.
6. Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Follow established calling procedures and performance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Any graduate fresher candidates can apply except B.Tech
2. Excellent english communication skills are mandatory.
3.



Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
4. Candidates should be highly motivated and target-oriented.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Candidates must be comfortable handling international voice calls.

Shift & Work Schedule

1. Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
2. 5 working days a week.
3. Rotational week-offs.
