Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join its Lead Generation / Telemarketing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads through outbound calls and other outreach methods, and transferring interested prospects to the sales team.

The primary objective is to strengthen the sales pipeline and contribute to the overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns and other outreach methods.
2. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
3. Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
4. Transfer qualified prospects to the sales team for further discussions.
5. Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
6. Maintain and update the lead database with accurate customer information.
7. Share relevant lead details and customer requirements with the sales team.
8.



Track and report daily lead generation activities and performance.
9. Analyse lead generation results to identify improvement opportunities.
10. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduate fresher can apply except B.Tech.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
4. Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Good organizational and time-management skills.
7. Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
8. Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
