Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for catering, hospitality and food service operations.
- Hire candidates for Chefs, Kitchen Staff, Service Staff, Housekeeping, Supervisors, Managers and other operational positions.
- Coordinate with Operations Heads and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews and salary negotiations.
- Maintain a recruitment database and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Coordinate interview schedules, offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.




- Develop recruitment strategies to meet bulk hiring requirements for multiple catering sites.
- Monitor recruitment targets, joining ratios and employee retention.
- Prepare daily and monthly recruitment reports for management.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of bulk hiring and mass recruitment.
- Experience in catering, hospitality, hotels or food service industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and urgent hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
