Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to generate corporate leads, build client relationships and promote apprenticeship and skill development solutions to organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate corporate leads through LinkedIn, online research, cold calling and email campaigns.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers and corporate decision - makers.




- Promote apprenticeship and government-supported skill development programmes such as NAPS and NATS.
- Understand client workforce requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule client meetings and conduct regular follow - ups.
- Maintain lead databases,

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development and client acquisition.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, lead generation and client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and LinkedIn.
