We are looking for English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing support team. You will assist customers through chat and/or calls, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
This is a fully remote position, suitable for candidates who are comfortable working independently and communicating with international customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or phone calls
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about services and processes
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Positive English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop/PC
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- No experience required — training will be provided
- High school diploma or above preferred
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹283.00 - ₹378.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
