- Lead the HighRadius O2C implementation as the client-side functional lead
- Translate Finance and O2C business requirements into the target solution with the SI
- Review and challenge SI solution designs, configurations and process flows
- Drive requirement and design workshops, UAT, defect resolution, cutover readiness and business sign-offs
- Own implementation dependencies, risks, issues and decisions from the client side
- Coordinate business, IT and SI teams through go-live and stabilisation
What we're looking for
- Hands-on HighRadius experience across Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management and Deductions
- Solid grasp of end-to-end O2C and Accounts Receivable processes
- 1–2 HighRadius implementations delivered in a functional or lead capacity
- Exposure to large ERP environments, SAP preferred
Note: This is not an SI configuration role. You will represent the client, challenge the SI and drive the implementation to a successful go-live.
