DMS Application Support Executive (Voice Process)
Role Overview
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the automobile domain to provide voice support for the Dealer Management System (DMS) application.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle support calls related to the DMS application.
- Assist users with application queries and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team and follow up as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the automobile domain.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English to support users over the phone.
- Ability to handle support calls independently.
- Willingness to work six days a week as per project requirements.
