Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert patient counseling on ophthalmic products and services to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop solid relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers to ensure they understand the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare sales or related field (ophthalmology).
- Strong knowledge of eye care products, treatments, and technologies.
- Excellent counselling skills with ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
