Role : Head Refractory – VAB

Grade: M4/M5

Location: Goa

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure protected refractory maintenance execution through strict compliance with procedures, permits, PPE, and safety training, targeting zero LTIs.
- Manage timely procurement of refractory materials while optimizing inventory and usage to meet business goals and reduce costs.
- Track refractory equipment condition and life through report analysis and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure effective implementation of AO and VSAP systems to drive compliance, productivity, reliability, and performance improvements.
- Control maintenance costs through strategic planning and efficient use of refractory resources without impacting operations.
- Develop and motivate teams through regular training and strong collaboration with contract workers for smooth refractory operations.

Qualification & Exp: B. Tech/B.E. Refractory with 6 -10 yrs. of relevant experience.
