About the Role

Kosmoderma is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee and strengthen operations across its clinics and corporate functions.

The role calls for a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, streamline processes, strengthen people management, ensure infrastructure readiness and maintain financial and operational discipline across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, facility management, maintenance and operational readiness.

Expansion & Project Management: Drive new clinic setups, real estate coordination, infrastructure development and expansion projects.

Inventory & Cost Management: Strengthen inventory controls, monitor budgets, manage vendor costs and improve operational efficiency.

HR & People Operations: Oversee workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, attendance, payroll coordination and employee engagement.

Training & Development: Drive employee training, leadership development, service standards and a positive workplace culture.

Employee & Client Relations: Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, client feedback and escalations.

Legal & Statutory Compliance: Coordinate licences, statutory requirements, legal documentation and insurance matters.

Systems & Process Management: Ensure effective use of operational systems, accurate digital documentation and consistent SOP implementation.

Audits & Performance Monitoring:



Monitor operational KPIs, conduct clinic audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, HR or a related field.

MBA in Operations, HR or Business Administration preferred.

1015 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role.

Experience managing multi-location operations, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, aesthetic clinics, wellness or service-led businesses.

Robust knowledge of infrastructure management, HR operations, financial governance, compliance and operational audits.

Proven experience in clinic expansion, project execution and cross-functional team management.
