Role Description The Head of Finance is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the financial health of Gasonet and global activities. This role includes managing financial planning and analysis, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and leading budgeting and forecasting processes.

The Head of Finance will supervise financial reporting, monitor cash flow, support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights, and maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the finance team, optimizing internal controls, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and providing regular financial updates to senior leadership. The role also involves supporting business growth initiatives, evaluating financial risks and opportunities, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance expertise, including a solid understanding of corporate finance principles and financial management.




- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial documentation.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting capabilities to lead planning cycles, allocate resources effectively, and monitor variances.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, generate insights, and support strategic decisions.
- Professional qualifications such as CA(mandatory), CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within technology, e-learning, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance applicable to Indian and international operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a track record of building robust financial processes and controls.
- Experience of Oil and Gas or CGD industry is a must
