Role Summary Corporate Relations will act as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth execution of real estate projects by managing approvals, compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with relevant agencies.

Responsibilities

- Current BD Acquisition : Support BD Teams/Design team by sourcing relevant information on by laws for new land parcel consideration.
- Obtain approvals required for development of properties in consideration including but not limited to; a) Land conversion & change of land dues b) Environment clearance c) Development plant approvals from AAOI,MOD, BBMP, KIDB, BIAPPA, RERA, PCB in KA and similar agencies in other states which are applicable.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with government officials, local authorities, law enforcement,revenue and other external stakeholders for smooth functioning of sites. Support on meeting all Govt.



regulatory agencies; BWSSB, BESCOM, for pre and post construction.
- Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate records of approvals, licenses, and compliance documents. Keep track of all approvals and expiry dates & take proactive steps to obtain necessary approvals.
- Risk Mitigation : Identify potential regulatory risks and take proactive measures to avoid delays or penalties.
- Coordination with Internal Teams : Work closely with legal, project, and finance teams to ensure all requirements are met for approvals
- Government Authorities: BBMP, BDA, RERA, BIAAPA, Pollution Control Board for approvals and compliance.
- Local Bodies: Liaise for permits and licenses.
- Regulatory Agencies: Maintain relationships for smooth project execution.
- Project Team: Coordinate for technical documentation and project timelines.
- Legal Team: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and contracts.
- Finance Team: Align on payment schedules and statutory fees.
