Role & responsibilities The company is looking for an experienced and commercially driven senior skilled to lead business development, technology commercialization, and business expansion for a growing industrial solutions business. Experience in managing commercial teams, strategic partnerships, business expansion, and P&L; responsibilities.

Reports to: Managing Director

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience.
- Significant experience in technical B2B sales, business development, technology commercialization, or commercial leadership.
- Experience in industrial solutions, specialty chemicals, environmental technologies, process technologies, or related technical businesses.




- Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and commercializing products or technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to convert customer evaluations or pilot projects into commercial contracts and recurring revenue.
- Experience in managing commercial teams, strategic partnerships, business expansion, and P&L; responsibilities.
- Exposure to manufacturing expansion or operational scale-up would be an advantage.
