Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Content Strategy Head to lead our content planning, brand communication, and digital content initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing content strategies, understanding target audiences, managing content teams, and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly content strategies.
- Create content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Identify trending topics, industry updates, and audience interests.
- Develop content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.

1. Content Creation & Management

- Plan and supervise social media posts, reels, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and communication across platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.

1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Develop content strategies to generate quality leads and enquiries and to act and edit reels.
- Create content for course promotions, student testimonials, placement stories, and brand campaigns.
- Optimize content based on engagement, reach, conversions, and audience response.

1. Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the content creation team.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor productivity, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and encourage creative ideas.
- Review and approve content before publication.

Performance Analysis

- Monitor social media performance and content analytics.
- Track reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and follower growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance.
- Prepare monthly content performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience in content calendars, campaign planning, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content analytics, videography, video editing
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Creative thinking with a solid understanding of marketing psychology.

- Consistency and quality of content delivery.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in the education, IT training, EdTech, or recruitment industry.
- Experience promoting professional courses and career-oriented programs.
- Ability to create regional marketing content, especially Malayalam and English.
- Understanding of Kerala's student and job-seeker audience.

- Monthly content strategy and calendar.
- Weekly campaign and creative plans.

- Monthly performance and competitor analysis.
- Content strategies for admissions, placements, and brand building.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
