Job Summary

Lumea Aesthetics & Hair Transplant is looking for a skilled and experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon to join our clinical team at our Kannur and Malappuram branches. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hair transplantation procedures, patient consultations, and post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations and assess hair loss and scalp conditions.
- Evaluate patient suitability for hair transplantation procedures.
- Perform hair transplant procedures, including FUE and other relevant techniques, based on qualifications and expertise.
- Plan hairline design and graft distribution according to individual patient requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate with the clinical team during procedures.
- Provide pre-operative counselling and post-operative instructions.
- Monitor patient recovery and ensure proper follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical safety, hygiene,



and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and clinical care.

Qualifications & Requirements

- MBBS with a recognised postgraduate qualification in an appropriate surgical specialty, as required for independent surgical practice.
- Valid medical registration.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hair transplantation or related surgical procedures.
- Hands-on experience in FUE and other hair transplant techniques preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and surgical skills.
- Good communication and patient-handling abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team.

Compensation ₹52,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and clinical expertise.
