Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute apartment/unit handovers as per possession schedules.
- Ensure all possession-related documents are completed and verified before handover.
- Schedule possession appointments and coordinate with customers.
- Conduct unit walkthroughs with customers and explain property features, amenities, and maintenance processes.
- Obtain possession acceptance and necessary customer acknowledgments.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, CRM, Property Handover, or Possession Management in a Real Estate organization.
- Experience in residential township, high-rise, or commercial real estate projects preferred.
