We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates (GSA) – Food & Beverage Service. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in premier hospitality environments. Candidates based in or around Mumbai with a background in hotel management or hospitality are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet, seat, and attend to guests with warmth, professionalism, and high service standards.

- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage items, and suggest pairings or daily specials.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar team.

- Serve food and beverages promptly following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Prepare dining tables, maintain table setups (mise-en-place), and ensure clean, organized service stations.

- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor feedback promptly, and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.

- Assist with billing, payment handling,



and closing duties at the end of shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 0 to 2 years in F&B; Service or restaurant operations. Freshers with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Catering Technology preferred (HM freshers welcome).

- Location: Must currently reside in or near Mumbai (convenient commute to [Insert Area]).

- Communication: Transparent verbal communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.

- Professional Grooming: Well-groomed appearance adhering to standard hospitality grooming codes.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
