– Guest Relations Executive
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain positive guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with all departments to meet guest requirements.
- Collect guest feedback and follow up on complaints.
- Assist VIP guests and promote hotel facilities and services.
Qualifications & Experience
- candidates with 1–2 years of hotel experience can apply.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
