Antheia is an intimate boutique lakeside resort located on Pawna Lake, spread across 3 acres, featuring 9 rooms, a restaurant and banquet facilities.

We are looking for a well-presented, enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to represent the Antheia brand and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, personalised and memorable experience.

You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated, their concerns are addressed promptly and their overall experience reflects Antheia's hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a personalised hospitality experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to fulfil guest requirements.
- Proactively follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Build positive guest relationships and encourage repeat visits and guest loyalty.
- Assist guests with resort facilities, activities, dining options and local experiences.
- Encourage guests to share genuine feedback and reviews on Google and online travel platforms.
- Monitor guest feedback and communicate improvement areas to management.
- Ensure resort policies, service standards, guest safety and brand presentation are maintained.





What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotels, resorts or the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services, Front Office or Guest Experience.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming, presentable personality and a positive attitude.
- Strong guest-centric approach with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with patience, confidence and professionalism.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.

Preferred: Experience in luxury hotels, boutique resorts or premium hospitality properties.
