Role Description The GTM Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for bridging product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive successful adoption of JurixAI’s platform. In this role, the GTM Engineer will collaborate with product managers and sales teams to translate customer and market requirements into technical solutions and repeatable workflows.

Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing product demos, creating technical enablement materials, configuring integrations, and supporting pilots and proof-of-concept implementations. The GTM Engineer will analyze usage data and feedback to refine positioning, inform feature development, and improve onboarding and customer experience.



This role also involves close partnership with marketing on technical content and with customer success on troubleshooting, optimization, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

- Robust technical skills in software engineering or solutions engineering, including experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in go-to-market roles such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, or product-led growth, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Background in or strong interest in legal technology, AI/ML products, or enterprise SaaS, with the ability to understand workflows of legal professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and marketing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with customer-facing technical work (e.g., implementations, pilots, proof-of-concepts) and supporting GTM strategies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and align technical work with company objectives and customer outcomes.
