Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing marketing and promotional materials, including PowerPoint presentations, product monographs, visual aids, labels, posters, website creatives, social media posts, and digital banners. Experience in packaging design is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for product launches, training programs, and marketing initiatives.
- Create and update product labels, monographs, visual aids, brochures, and promotional materials in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop engaging posters, digital banners, emailers, and marketing collaterals for both online and offline campaigns.
- Design creatives for websites, landing pages, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Medical teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful visuals.




- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials.
- Manage multiple design projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Robust expertise in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Experience in creating labels, monographs, posters, website creatives, social media posts, and digital banners.
- Good understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual communication.
- Ability to interpret content and convert it into visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of graphic designing experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry.
- Basic knowledge of website design principles and digital marketing creatives.
