About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually stunning designs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging visual content that connects with audiences across digital platforms.

You will be responsible for developing creative designs for social media campaigns, festivals, events, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Design & Visual Communication
- Create eye-catching and innovative social media creatives, posters, banners, and advertisements.
- Design creative campaigns for festivals, special occasions, and temple events.
- Develop unique visual concepts that communicate messages effectively.
- Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms.
- Digital & Social Media Designs
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create designs in different formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9).
- Develop creative ad designs for digital screens and paid advertising campaigns.
- Design thumbnails, promotional graphics, carousels, and story creatives.
- Creative Thinking & Innovation
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to every campaign.
- Understand current design trends and apply them creatively.
- Convert creative briefs into impactful visual stories.
- Experiment with typography, layouts, colours, illustrations, and visual elements.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the social media, video editing,



and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with the content team to understand campaign requirements.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Take creative ownership from concept to final execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media campaigns and digital advertisements.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
