Engage Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic designing. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, an eye for design, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

The candidate should be capable of understanding design requirements, developing creative concepts, and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, creatives, and visual content for social media platforms.
- Design promotional banners, posters, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative designs aligned with the company's branding and marketing requirements.
- Work on social media creatives, campaign designs, and digital marketing content.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Edit and modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure consistency in branding, layouts, fonts, and visual elements.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic designing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of colour combinations, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
- Ability to create creative and engaging social media designs.
- Basic knowledge of image editing and visual content creation.
- Solid creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with a creative portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- Experience in social media creatives and digital marketing designs.
- Ability to understand brand requirements and convert ideas into attractive visuals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
