Role Overview

Bhumika Group is looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content and marketing collaterals for its real estate projects and corporate brand.

The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, an understanding of real estate marketing, and the ability to create impactful visuals for project launches, property promotions, digital campaigns, and brand communication. The candidate should be proficient in both digital and print designing and capable of translating marketing briefs into compelling creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative marketing collaterals for residential, commercial, and retail real estate projects.
- Create project brochures, flyers, leaflets, property catalogues, fact sheets, and sales presentations.
- Develop social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, and promotional graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Design project launch campaigns, property hoardings, outdoor advertisements, standees, signage, and event branding materials.
- Create visually appealing creatives highlighting project USPs, amenities, location advantages, floor plans, and key specifications.
- Develop corporate branding materials, company profiles, presentations, newsletters, and internal communication creatives.
- Enhance and edit architectural renders, property images, project photographs, and other visual assets.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, design language, typography, and visual communication across all marketing platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and digital teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs within defined timelines.
- Work closely with printing vendors and external agencies to ensure quality and accuracy of final print-ready artwork.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools,



and technologies to bring fresh creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic designing, preferably with a real estate developer, builder, infrastructure company, or advertising agency.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Proficiency in Canva and other digital design tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing creatives, social media formats, and advertising design requirements.
- Experience in designing real estate brochures, project presentations, outdoor advertising, and print marketing collaterals.
- Ability to work with architectural renders, floor plans, maps, property images, and project-related visual content.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production, colour modes (CMYK/RGB), resolution, and print-ready file preparation.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have

- Experience in real estate project branding and property launch campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and image-generation tools for creative enhancement.
- Experience in designing premium/luxury real estate marketing collaterals.
- Understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing creatives.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, brochures, and real estate-related design work.
