As we strengthen our digital presence and expand our outreach, we are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, stories and campaigns into visually compelling communication across digital and print platforms.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a solid creative eye, excellent visual storytelling skills and proficiency in modern design and AI-powered tools.

You will work closely with our Digital Marketing team to conceptualise and produce high-quality visual assets for social media campaigns, brand communication, websites, presentations, marketing collaterals and events.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond templates, bring originality to every design and translate creative briefs into impactful visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Design: Develop visually engaging social media creatives, posters, carousels, infographics, banners and promotional materials.
- Campaign Design: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual assets.
- Brand Identity:



Maintain and strengthen Tieke's visual identity through consistent design language, typography, colour palettes and layouts.
- Digital Content: Create graphics and visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and website campaigns.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Design and edit short-form videos, reels, animations and motion graphics.
- Marketing Collaterals: Develop brochures, presentations, flyers, standees, event creatives and other print and digital materials.
- AI-Powered Creativity: Leverage Canva, Adobe tools, Claude and other AI applications to explore creative possibilities and improve design productivity.
- Creative Innovation: Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools and formats, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating originality, creativity and versatility across different design formats.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and preferably InDesign).
- Experience in designing social media creatives, carousels, brochures, presentations and marketing collaterals.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.




- Practical familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy and branding.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently deliver high-quality designs.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
