Role Description The Graphic Designer and Video Editor Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the associate will design digital graphics for web, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. They will create and adapt logos, icons, and visual elements, and work closely with branding and content teams to develop cohesive visual identities.

The associate will edit and produce video content, including motion graphics, promotional clips, and short-form social videos,



optimized for multiple platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple design and video projects, and delivering high-quality creative assets within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital assets for web and social platforms.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, engaging, and accessible designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, iterate on feedback, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work relevant to digital media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
