The organization is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers from Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics backgrounds to join its engineering and manufacturing teams.

Position Details

- Experience: Freshers
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
- Eligible Disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Support production, assembly and fabrication activities.
- Assist in machine operations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Support quality inspection and process improvement activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams.
- Maintain technical records and operational documentation.




- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have completed B.E. / B.Tech, Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics disciplines.
- Fresh graduates and candidates awaiting their first employment opportunity are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and technical fundamentals.
- Willingness to learn and work in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills, discipline and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work at the Bangalore location.
