Role Description The Graduate Engineer Trainee Civil role at Wonder Cement Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based at the Jhajjar unit. In this role, the trainee supports civil engineering activities related to plant infrastructure, structural works, and site development, under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in preparing and reviewing civil designs and drawings, participating in planning and scheduling of construction and maintenance projects, and coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

The trainee helps monitor site work quality and safety,



supports stormwater and drainage management initiatives, and documents project progress and technical specifications. This role offers structured learning, exposure to modern cement plant operations, and opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering fundamentals: Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design principles.
- Professional orientation: Candidates should be prepared to work as Civil Engineers within an industrial plant environment, contributing to structural and infrastructure projects.
- Project and site planning: Candidates should possess skills in Planning for construction, maintenance, and development activities, including scheduling and resource coordination.
- Hydrology and drainage: Candidates should possess skills related to Stormwater Management, site drainage design, and associated environmental and safety considerations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CAD tools and civil engineering software, basic knowledge of relevant codes and standards, and ability to interpret drawings.
