Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations and financial reporting, along with the ability to independently manage accounting assignments and support financial finalisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and review books of accounts, ledgers and financial records.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations and related compliance activities.
- Manage TDS calculations, returns, payments and reconciliations.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer and inter-company reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation and finalisation of financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules and supporting documents.




- Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting and compliance-related matters.

Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in ledger scrutiny and account finalisation.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / CA Dropout / CMA Finalist preferred.
- Candidates with strong relevant experience in a CA firm will be preferred.

Experience Criteria
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience working with a Chartered Accountancy firm.
- Practical working knowledge of both GST and TDS is essential.
