Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents and prepare bid/no-bid recommendations.
- Create and maintain compliance matrices, document trackers and bid calendars.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, Technical, OEM, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure document accuracy, version control and approval before submission.
- Coordinate pre-bid requirements, tender clarifications and post-submission responses.
- Maintain bid audit trails and management approval records.
- Coordinate reverse-auction activities within management-approved commercial limits.
- Lead post-award handover from the Bid Management team to the delivery team.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively escalate potential submission risks.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and tender lifecycle.
- Experience in government procurement and tender documentation.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Risk identification and escalation.
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.




- Document management and version-control experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tender activities and deadlines.

Experience & Education
- 3–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- GeM or government tender experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Procurement, Business, Engineering or related educational background preferred.

Key Performance Expectations
- Ensure mandatory tender documents are complete before submission.
- Meet internal bid submission deadlines.
- Complete compliance matrices before final submission.
- Coordinate timely responses to tender clarifications.
- Ensure proper handover after successful bid award.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote opportunity open to eligible candidates across India. The selected candidate should be comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing tender activities remotely.
