About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage payroll-related accounting entries and expense records.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and MIS.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients or vendors regarding dues.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
