1.Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise kitchen and service staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback.
- Manage staff attendance, duty schedules and discipline.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, inventory and billing.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of restaurant or hotel management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS and billing systems.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
