- Gather and validate billing inputs to maximize revenue recovery for clients
- Review billing outputs investigate variances and ensure billing accuracy and consistency
- Partner with clients to finalize utility statements and meet established billing timelines
- Analyze reports and datasets to identify discrepancies and drive resolution
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to efficiently move properties through the billing cycle
- Provide timely pre bill reports and secure client approvals while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and maintain expertise in utility billing and expense management software platforms
- Apply company policies procedures and best practices to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
- Manage multiple billing processes simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and service level commitments
