Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound tele-calling. The ideal candidate will be confident in initiating conversations with potential clients, identifying their needs, and positioning the company’s products/services effectively to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound tele-calls to prospective clients from provided databases or self-generated leads
- Introduce company offerings clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle objections professionally and build rapport with potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer outreach (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
