Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee information.

- Support payroll processing and other HR activities.





- Coordinate employee engagement activities.

- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining spreadsheets.

- Handle basic employee queries and support daily HR operations.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or BBA / Any relevant degree.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
