The Business Development Executive is responsible for calling assigned leads, following up consistently, and converting them into confirmed admissions. The role is focused on phone-based counselling.
Responsibilities
- Call leads assigned in the CRM promptly.
- Understand each lead’s needs and recommend the right course.
- Explain course and fees details.
- Follow up through calls and WhatsApp until the lead decides.
- Schedule demos and visits, and ensure leads attend.
- Update every call and follow-up in the CRM daily.
