- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable scooter models.
- Conduct test rides and explain scooter features, specifications, and pricing.
- Provide information on financing options, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Follow up with prospective customers via calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth deal closure.
